Email hosting stores, sends and receives your email on a mail server. With KesseDesk business email, your domain's mail is handled by our mail server, and you read it in KesseDesk Mail or in any email app. Your website can be hosted anywhere.
Customers are more likely to trust and answer an email from your own domain than from a free personal address. It also keeps business mail separate from personal mail, and the address stays yours if you change providers.

Yes. The AI tools are optional and never run on their own: a message is only sent to the AI when you click Summarize, Reply with AI or another AI button, and KesseDesk Mail does not store or log that content. If you do not want AI, simply do not use those buttons.
