Yes, to send real campaigns. You send from an address on a domain you own, and you add the DKIM, SPF and DMARC records we show you. Campaigns cannot be sent until the domain is verified. You can register a domain with KesseDesk if you need one.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, one-click unsubscribe headers and your postal address. Unsubscribes, hard bounces and complaints are added to your suppression list automatically. Forms use double opt-in, imports require you to confirm you have permission, and purchased lists are not allowed under our acceptable use policy. Campaigns pause automatically if bounces or complaints get too high.
Yes. Upload a CSV file, check the preview, and confirm that your contacts agreed to receive your emails. You can also add contacts one by one.
No. The AI only runs when you ask it to, and everything it writes is a draft you can edit. You can write every campaign yourself with the block editor and templates. AI generations count toward your plan's monthly allowance.
Each campaign email delivered to one contact counts as one email. Test sends do not count. Emails and AI generations reset each calendar month. Emails beyond your plan are $1 per 1,000, only after you confirm. The contact limit is the number of contacts stored in your workspace.
